Shipment

We dispatch orders within 5 working days. Should product availability change or order processing take longer—for example, due to a large number and/or variety of components—we will contact you. Domestic shipments are handled by JASFBG and InPost, whilst international shipments are handled by Dachser, DH and TNT. On the day of dispatch, we will send you the tracking number so that you can track your delivery. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and depend on the type and quantity of items ordered. All costs are visible in your basket before you select a payment method.

Complaint

We focus on the highest quality solutions. Sometimes, despite our efforts, but also our suppliers, multi-stage and detailed quality control, parts fail or malfunction. Please contact us in this case.
